Worked ALL DAY!

I didn't think it would take me all day, but it did! I had to sift through over 100 digital photos and enhance them for my friend. I took her homecoming photos on Monday. I am so glad I did. I got a good amount of final proofs for her. 22 total and I have to spend a while putting a collage together for her. I have a picture of that ship somewhere if she wants it in there. I'll ask later, right now I am burnt out from using CS4 all day long. I was supposed to study graphing and linear equations today, but then I remembered I had this to do. Oh well, I have a busy life!

They turned out beautiful at any rate and a few of them I want to redo because I figured out an easier and nicer way of enhancing the photo. Good thing I always keep the original file in place & make a separate file for the modified photograph. I have to ask her if I can put a few of them on here.

I took quite a few pictures of my own children at bedtime tonight. Just because. I need to start taking more pics of them and they love when I do.

My oldest. He makes "weird" faces and actions whenever I he sees me come near him with a camera!

 Here's my silly girl. She LOVES getting her picture taken. She'll act all proper and princess-like for the camera! 

My baby boy. I can never get him to sit still for film or to actually LOOK at the camera long enough for a proper portrait!

There is barely any editing or enhancing in these photos. I don't really feel the need to edit everyday photos unless someone gets some smudge on their face and I just didn't notice it (because it's so darn common!). 

This is Driving Me Bonkers!

I am trying to make a Header that FITS into the top of the blog, but I can't seem to make the right sized one? I have the measurements, but I am just ..... Grrrrrrrrrr.....

It's been a long ass day. We had a "pick-up" dilemma due to the Base having a nice little security drill, in which my husband was not informed. I had a doctors appointment today in which I saw one Quack of a Duck who diagnosed my on-going stomach issues with as a new "designer virus" that's going around. Even went into a whole story about his kid having it, blah, blah, blah.... um. It's not a virus. I think I know a virus. THIS is not a virus. This is PAIN. I have PAIN in my GUTS that have been going on now for almost 2 months! HELP ME. Needless to say, I am changing my PCM on Friday. He didn't listen to a word I f'n said.

So here it is... 2306 and I have not gotten my math exam done. It's not due until Friday by midnight, but still! I wanted it done by today. Can I tell you why this is not my fault? Today just was a clusterfuck. Plain and simple. There is no easy way to say it. The yesterday and Monday, I had no phone or internet (see below posts! I was posting from my Blackberry!!), but the cable company here claims it wasn't "their fault." Must have been mine. Wait, maybe it was the Republicans. No, it was your service. It took 4 tech support agents on their end to fix it until about 5 seconds after I got off the line with them and then CAPUT! Gone.

Finally I just called my lovelies over at Apple. (Because the tech support guy, in his big boy voice, told me they were not going to help me try to fix it anymore, it was OBVIOUSLY my equipment from Apple!) Apple was AWESOME and we got it fixed before I had to leave for class yesterday! I even had time to shower and get pretty before I had to go!

And guess what?

It wasn't my Apple stuff.... it was my cable modem. Thanks asshats.

So now I am going to try tomorrow to take my exam! I refuse to take it last minute! I can't! Ugh, I don't even want to think about it!

Oh, and the stomach issue? I am about 99.99% sure it's IBS and it's being further aggravated by my stress. Stress doesn't cause it, but it worsens it. Where's a holistic doctor when you need one? Oh wait, I don't think my insurance covers HHC. Boooo!
